A GIS Day "open house" will be held at the CRC offices on 14th November (next Wednesday). Mini-workshops in QGIS will be held at 0900, 1100, 1500 during the day, introducing the free GIS package and basic use. Mini-workshops in downloading data from a GPS and mapping it will be held at 1000 and 1400 - bring your GPS and cable for practical instruction!
